Walk and talk
Not everyone likes to sit in a therapy room or via online therapy to chat. Some people like to talk while walking, and walk and talk gives you the opportunity to do this. Then we go for a walk while we talk, or find a quiet place where we can sit down to talk. Walk and talk is for those who talk best out in the open. The meeting place is agreed upon at the time of booking, and can either be in your local area (if the travel distance is not too long), or we agree on a place that is easy for both to travel to.
