In 2021, I took the didactic sexologist specialization, which means that as a sexologist I specialize in teaching and lecturing. I am hired for all grades from 1.kl – VGS, and to hold courses for kindergarten staff, health nurses, teachers and parents.

I can also be hired for parents’ evenings and teachers’ meetings, or for conversations with public health nurses to facilitate better sex education. Today’s teaching is very inadequate and starts far too late. As a professional, I can contribute in a number of areas to create a safe space where children can receive appropriate information and become confident about their own bodies, sexuality, boundaries, etc. I have a separate program for each grade level, and also have programs for kindergartens. In kindergartens, the aim is to give staff the tools they can use to reassure children about their bodies and boundaries, and how to handle children’s natural exploratory play without shaming them about it. I also organize question nights/theme nights for young people in collaboration with local libraries, youth centers and health centers.
